Reports

Reports answer the everyday questions about your billing: how much you earned this month, which customers bring in the most revenue, what is still owed, how many subscriptions are active, and where money went out as refunds or credits.

Your account comes with a library of ready-made reports. You open one, change the date range to the period you care about, and download the numbers as a spreadsheet. Nothing to set up first.

Reports are separate from the dashboard. The dashboard is the fixed overview you land on; reports are where you go to pull the exact numbers for a specific question and a specific period.
