Usage and metering

Some things are billed by how much a customer uses: API calls, storage, messages sent, compute time. Metering is how yRecurring measures that use and turns it into a charge. You define a meter for the thing you want to count, your app reports usage events against it, and at the end of each period the events are rolled up and billed.
